EXCHANGE any product(s) from UNSUIKYO within 7 days of receiving your order:

Exchange any product(s) in unused condition and with original packaging from UNSUIKYO

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we gladly offer a 7 days Exchange, starting the day you receive your order. Please note that the following rules must apply for the product(s) that you would like to Exchange:

  1.  Every pair of glasses is made by the natural material with its own character. Each pair is different and unique! Therefore, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange when you do not satisfy with the native elements such as color, texture, graining, etc.
  2. The product(s) MUST be returned unused, with all the original packaging and with all the authenticity tags and manufacturer seals still attached.
  3. All returns are inspected on arrival and exchanges will NOT be issued if the product(s) are not in new and original condition.
  4. Please ensure that product(s) are returned to us via "signed for delivery" and a certificate of posting is obtained. We do not accept liability for any product(s) that are damaged in transit during the exchange process so please ensure that the packaging and delivery method are secure.
  5. When we re-ship an exchanged product(s), the cost of re-shipping is an additional fee to be paid by the customer.
  6. The shipping charges of your original order are non-refundable.
  7. SPECIAL Exchanges Note: Do not return your product(s) without first contacting our customer service team. We will provide you with a specific exchange address. (Returns should not be sent to the shipping address listed on the parcel)








  1. 我們不會因自然物料材質的紋理及顏色,而退換產品。因我們選用的是全天然自然物料,故每一副眼鏡的紋理及顏色都會有所差別
  2. 退貨時產品必須是未經使用,所有吊牌和外包裝齊全,不影響二次銷售。
  3. 所有退換貨產品,寄回時必須保證未使用,原包裝齊全,不影響二次銷售。
  4. 退貨時,請確保包裝安全結實,並詳細填寫運單和投寄資料,因為對於在退貨途中產生的產品的損壞,我們不負責賠償。
  5. 退換產品產生的郵費,由買家承擔。
  6. 首次運送的郵費,將不予退還。
  7. 特別注意退換貨地址:請不要在未和客服溝通的情況下,直接退回產品。請在第一時間聯繫我們的客戶服務團隊。我們將提供你一個具體的退貨地址。(退貨地址並不是您收到包裹上的送貨地址!)
