1. What is the shipping time?
Our shipping times do vary. Products marked as 'In Stock' are shipped to the courier for delivery within 24 hours from Monday to Friday
Once your product is shipped to the courier, delivery to your doorstep usually takes an extra 5-11 working days
As soon as your eyewear is shipped to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking information. It means you can easily check the status of your order!

2. Do you ship internationally?
You bet we do! We are happy to deliver to almost every country worldwide. If you have a query about whether your country is on our list, don't hesitate to contact us!

3. How will I know when my order has been shipped?
As soon as we ship your order we send you an email to let you know. It contains all the courier tracking details so you can track your parcel right to your doorstep any time of the day or night.

4. Do I have to pay any custom duties?
No way! That’s on us, not you. If in the unlikely event that your parcel is held by customs and you are notified you have to pay additional customs duties, we will 100% fully reimburse the costs.
All you need to do is request a formal invoice once you have paid, and submit a copy to our customer services team so we can sort out your reimbursement.
Our one exception: Please note that we do not refund Brazilian customs duties or taxes. Due to the nature of the Brazilian Trade Regulations, all customers in Brazil are fully-responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred.

5. Return & Refunds
Let's face it — buying from the internet can be difficult and time-consuming. Therefore, we've introduced a hassle free process which includes a 14 days return policy for your order.

6. Can I visit your store?

您的訂單將會從香港物流中心發送出來。我們無法保證您的訂單是否會被當地政府豁免及是否需要支付關稅。
關稅賠付:通常情況下,您的商品不會被海關扣留及不會要求您支付關稅。如果您的商品被海關扣留並需要您支付關稅,請先墊付這筆費用並索要正式發票。我們會全額賠付這部分費用。
請聯系我們的客服團隊 並提供給我們一張清晰的發票圖片或掃描件,以便我們全額退款。
例外: 請注意,由於巴西貿易規定的性質,我們不支付巴西的關稅。所有在巴西的顧客都需要自己承擔產生的所有關稅費用。
