1. What is the shipping time?
Our shipping times do vary. Products marked as 'In Stock' are shipped to the courier for delivery within 24 hours from Monday to Friday.
Once your product is shipped to the courier, delivery to your doorstep usually takes an extra 5-11 working days.
As soon as your eyewear is shipped to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking information. It means you can easily check the status of your order!
2. Do you ship internationally?
Sorry that we don’t offer international shipping at this moment. We ship to the Hong Kong region only.
3. How will I know when my order has been shipped?
As soon as we ship your order we send you an email to let you know. It contains all the courier tracking details so you can track your parcel right to your doorstep any time of the day or night.
4. Return & Refunds
Let's face it — buying from the internet can be difficult and time-consuming. Therefore, we've introduced a hassle free process which includes a 14 days return policy for your order.
